India, September 23, 2026 – Women Inspiring Network (WIN) convened business leaders, investors, policymakers and scientists for #WINLounge, held during Climate Week New York alongside UNGA 81 in New York, to galvanize action around the conversations, partnerships, and solutions that will shape what comes next.
The day’s central moment was the unveiling of Women Inspiring Network’s WIN Connect, its AI-powered platform for global women leaders, by Princess Jahnavi Kumari Mewar, Head of Development at Hukum Raj Legacy and Chairperson of Ubertas World, and Dilip Chauhan, Deputy Chief Business Diversity at the NYC Mayor’s Office of Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprises (M/WBE).
The Princess opened the WIN Lounge with a keynote, and together with Dilip Chauhan, unveiled the app, welcoming the network to WIN 2.0. WIN Connect is built with the world’s first AI Concierge and designed to unlock the full value of WIN’s 10K remarkable network from 50 different countries, connecting global women leaders to the right people and opportunities at scale. Its four features are WIN Compass, an AI-powered search across the member network; WIN Circle, which brings trusted leaders’ own communities onto the platform; WIN Opportunity, an AI-powered concierge that automates the entire path from ideating a business need to a drafted introduction with the right person; and WIN Impact, a space for organisations to showcase their work to family offices, foundations and leaders.
Representing the City of New York and Mayor Zohran Mamdani, Dilip Chauhan said the city’s roughly $43bn in annual procurement was an opportunity for M/WBE firms, but that access to capital, contracts and networks must follow. “Relationships are capital. Knowledge is capital. Networks are capital,” he said. “Sometimes one introduction to the right investor, customer, corporate partner, government agency, or mentor—can change the trajectory of a business.” Welcoming an app that uses AI to connect women leaders “with the right people and the right opportunities at the right time”, he added: “I believe technology should not replace relationships. Technology should help us strengthen and expand relationships.” He urged the room to move “from ideas to connections, from connections to opportunities, and from opportunities to economic impact.”
