“People are looking for steady, focused leadership grounded in service, not political theatre. My focus is to strengthen institutions, ensure accountability, and serve the public with integrity and consistency.” — Purnima Nath

Republican congressional candidate Purnima Nath has secured a place on the ballot for Wisconsin’s August primary election after receiving certification from the Wisconsin Elections Commission.

According to her campaign, Nath submitted 2,368 valid nomination signatures, more than double the number required to qualify for the ballot in Wisconsin’s 4th Congressional District. The campaign said the signatures were gathered from residents across Milwaukee and Milwaukee County.

Nath described the certification as an important milestone in her campaign and thanked supporters who helped secure ballot access.

“I am grateful to every resident who took the time to sign and support this campaign,” Nath said. “This certification represents public responsibility, civic trust, and accountability to the people.”

Nath said her campaign is focused on independent, issue-based decision-making and public accountability.

“This campaign is guided by principle, not political convenience. I evaluate issues based on evidence, outcomes, and their impact on everyday people. My commitment is to accountability, transparency, and restoring trust in public institutions,” she said.

The candidate also emphasized the need for practical leadership and public service.

“People are looking for steady, focused leadership grounded in service, not political theatre. My focus is to strengthen institutions, ensure accountability, and serve the public with integrity and consistency,” Nath said.

With ballot access secured, Nath said she will continue meeting voters across Wisconsin’s 4th Congressional District ahead of the August primary election, focusing on governance, public trust and accountability.

“This is a campaign about service, responsibility, and ensuring the government remains accountable to the people it serves,” she said.
